The Practice Pipeline® dashboard helps lawyers categorize their top client opportunities and assign deadlines to their respective action items.

Each opportunity is represented by a “Tile,” which includes the overall goal for the relationship, a “Next Step,” and a deadline.

Tiles display on the dashboard according to deadline. When lawyers don’t keep their pursuits up-to-date, their tiles change color from green, to yellow (due soon) to red (past due). This calls attention to the clients, prospects, and referral sources who require follow-up.
 Tiles can be added or edited by the lawyers or by the marketing department.

The Dashboard assigns a "Pipeline Score" that provides a measure of your activity. The more proactive you are, the higher your score. When your tiles turn overdue, your score will drop, providing a gentle reminder that it's time to get back on track.
