Jeannie leverages her diverse background in business development, client engagement, and brand strategy to drive law firm performance. With over 22 years of experience, she has delivered thoughtful, creative, and culture-shifting initiatives in the accounting, consulting, and legal business markets. With an emphasis on business development coaching, Jeannie works with teams and individuals to implement business development training programs that foster client immersion, collaborative-team engagement, and performance accountability.

Working within the AmLaw 50 for the past 12 years, Jeannie was the Chief Marketing Officer at McDermott Will & Emery and the firm's first Director of Business Development at Ropes & Gray. During her time at McDermott, she was awarded the Chairman's Award for Excellence for driving innovation through industry-focused business development and marketing strategy. Prior to making a shift into the legal industry, Jeannie managed the client engagement program at Arthur Andersen.

Jeannie successfully completed the Harvard Business School's Leading Professional Services certificate program. She has participated in numerous panel discussions on business development, marketing, and leadership topics at the Marketing Partner Forum, the Legal Marketing Association, and the American Management Association.
