Practice Pipeline Management Report

Management Reports are available to the firm’s marketing or business development team so they can provide support where it is most needed.

Data Points

The reports show the relationships each lawyer is pursuing, overlapping prospects (companies or contacts being pursued by more than one lawyer simultaneously), and the following Key Performance Indicators:

  • Productivity scores
  • Average opportunity value
  • Close rate
  • Total Pipeline Revenue

Each of these data points are cues for effective coaching, mentorship, and ROI assessment.

Firm-wide or Group Insights

The Management report allows you to view the progress of your firm as a whole, or any sub-groups you select (such as practice groups or cohorts).

Overlapping Contacts

The Overlap Report shows you if more than one of your lawyers is pursuing someone at the same company, so you can avoid political landmines and put your firm's best foot forward.
