At the enterprise level, it provides a management report for progress tracking and oversight. It can be licensed as a stand-alone solution or coupled with facilitated coaching calls from our faculty for added accountability and strategic advice.

Yes, Pipeline integrates with CRM, Outlook, and almost any other software via a simple CSV export process. If you want to export your Practice Pipeline data into another program, you can use the CSV export feature or just contact us and we will walk you through the process.

 

If two people at my firm spell a name differently, will Practice Pipeline know that they are the same contact?

Yes, Practice Pipeline uses a feature called “fuzzy search” to match variations in spelling. It also has an AutoSuggest function for easy usability.

 

If I enter a task into my dashboard, will it appear in my calendar?

Yes. Practice Pipeline's Outlook integration feature allows you to create a calendar event for every "New Step" in your tiles.

 

Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can upload?

No, you can enter as many contacts as you want and the sort/filter functionality will help you find specific tiles easily.

 

What happens if I leave Practice Pipeline? How do I retrieve my information?

Before you cancel your account, use the export button on the management report to download your information into an excel or CSV spreadsheet. You can always contact us if you'd like us to walk you through the export process.
